Welcome to store.giftsondurai.com ("the Store," "we," "us," "our"), operated by Unusuals Creative Community (UCC). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

UCC is a faith-driven creative community and shop, offering merchandise such as t-shirts, tote bags, mugs, bookmarks, and magnetic bookmarks. We are a small team in our early stages, building this shop with care and purpose. These Terms exist to keep things fair and clear for everyone.

2. Eligibility

By using this Store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Store under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. We try our best to keep stock information accurate, but items may occasionally sell out or be delayed.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen/display settings.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product details (including pricing) at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and/or Stripe. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order is placed, and will notify you before processing if this happens.

5. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or address issues).
  • Once an order is confirmed, please double-check your size, address, and contact details — as a small team, we are not able to make changes once an order enters processing.
  • Order confirmation will be sent via email/WhatsApp. Please keep this for your records.

6. Shipping

  • We currently ship within India only.
  • Shipping timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to courier partners, weather, regional restrictions, or events outside our control are not our responsibility, though we will do our best to assist and keep you informed.
  • Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except in confirmed cases of product damage (see our Return & Refund Policy).
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier partner. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in following up with the courier.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, available on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined there.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, logos, brand names (including "UCC," "Unusuals Creative Community," and "Made Unusual. Made With A Purpose."), photographs, and content on this Store are the property of UCC / Unusuals Creative Community / GD Records and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used without our written permission.
  • Purchasing a product does not grant you rights to reproduce or commercially use our designs or branding.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Store for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to defraud us or misuse our return/refund process.
  • Interfere with the Store's security, functionality, or other users' experience.
  • Misrepresent your identity or payment information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive for quality in every product, but as a small and growing team, we make no guarantees beyond what is stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, UCC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this Store.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

11. Faith and Purpose

UCC exists to create meaningful, faith-driven products and content with purpose. While our products may carry Christian themes, symbols, or messages, purchasing from us does not represent any formal affiliation, endorsement, or membership beyond that of a customer supporting our mission.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time as our shop grows. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Store after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
